West Ham co-owner David Sullivan has threatened to report Tottenham if they continue to chase Scott Parker.
The Hammers have already rejected one offer from Spurs boss Harry Redknapp, insisting the midfielder is not for sale at any price.
The Upton Park club are confident Parker will commit to the club this week by putting pen-to-paper on a new five-year deal, and Sullivan has warned London rivals Spurs to end their interest now.
He told the Daily Mail: “I have told Spurs again that he’s not available and not to bother us any further or we will report them to the Premier League.”
