Tottenham assistant manager Joe Jordan has rubbished reports suggesting the club will sell striker Peter Crouch.
A national newspaper has reported that Spurs are looking to offload the England forward, believed to be wanted by Everton, in order to help fund a move for Nice’s Loic Remy.
But Jordan insists Crouch will be staying at White Hart Lane this summer.
He said: “We had a lot of competition when we brought Peter in and he has done very, very well.
“I don’t think we will let him go too easily. He is a player that has proved himself at Tottenham.”
