Sunderland winger Kieran Richardson has signed a new three-year deal.
The 25-year-old has made 85 appearances, scoring eight goals, since arriving at the Stadium of Light.
Former boss Roy Keane splashed out £5.5m to sign the former West Ham wideman from Manchester United in 2007.
Richardson, who has won eight caps for England, has also featured at left back under current manager Steve Bruce.
