Stoke have offered midfielder Michael Tonge to Scottish champions Rangers, according to reports.
The former England U21 player has struggled to make an impact since completing a £2m move to the Britannia Stadium from Sheffield United two years ago.
The Sunday Herald claim the Potters will allow Tonge, who had temporary spells at Preston and Derby last season, to join Rangers on a season-long loan.
A Rangers insider told the Herald: “The club have been offered his services and it is something Walter Smith is looking at seriously as he needs wide players who can make things happen in the final third.”
