Stoke manager Tony Pulis has rubbished reports linking him with bids for Gary O’Neil and Hugo Rodallega.
Pulis has added two new players to his squad so far this summer in former Everton goalkeeper Carlo Nash and Portsmouth starlet Florent Cuvelier.
But when asked about a possible swoop for Middlesbrough midfielder O’Neil, Pulis said: “It’s agents and other people talking about Gary. There’s been no contact between the clubs.”
And on Wigan frontman Rodallega, he added: “Again, I’ve not been in touch with anybody at Wigan. But it’s lovely people are thinking about the targets we are not really looking at.
“We have been working diligently to get deals done, but it’s not gone for us yet.”
