Udinese coach Francesco Guidolin insists the club are keeping their feet firmly on the ground despite their impressive league position.
The Zebrette are currently sixth in Serie A having claimed victories in four of their last five outings, and they are just two places and two points behind reigning champions Inter Milan who hold the final Champions League spot.
And while Guidolin is happy to let the supporters celebrate and enjoy their current success, he insists the team are only focused on their next game, which is the visit of Bologna tonight.
Guidolin said: “We have to allow our fans to dream. But in order to do so, we cannot fall asleep.
“In a couple of months we will see where we stand.
“We simply cannot get over-confident, we have to take it one game at a time.
“Wins give you further motivation and an added strength but I have a very serious side that works hard and will continue to do so.”
Udinese head into this game on the back of a fine 2-1 victory at Juventus, but Bologna will also have confidence following a superb 3-1 win over Lazio.
