Juventus captain Alessandro Del Piero insists his team can overcome Roma tonight despite his absence.
Roma currently occupy the final Europa League qualifying berth, five points ahead of Juventus, so the visitors need to pick up three points if they want to remain in the race for Europe.
Juve will, however, have to do it without Del Piero who suffered a thigh injury in training this week, but the 36-year-old is confident his team still have enough to win at the Stadio Olimpico.
Del Piero said: “I have confidence in my team-mates. I trust that they will give continuity to our recent performances.
“I would have loved to have played in Rome but I'm sure my team-mates will do a good job and give their all.
“In the past two weeks the team has worked very hard and now is the time to reap rewards.”
While Juventus head into this game on the back of a 2-1 win over Brescia, Roma were held to a 2-2 draw by Fiorentina last time out.
