Edy Reja has called on his Lazio team to overcome their away day struggles when they visit Catania today.
Lazio regained fourth spot in Serie A last weekend and are just six games from booking their place in the qualifying rounds of next season’s Champions League.
But their away form has been poor with one win from their last 10 trips, and Reja admits they must start winning on the road if they want to compete with Europe’s elite clubs next season.
He said: “We have struggled to show our best form on the road.
“But we still have four games away from home left to play and regardless of who we face, we need to give everything.”
He added: “We are in contention to achieve something important and everyone must give their contribution.
“We are very happy to be back in fourth place and hopefully, we can remain in this position by season's end.”
While Lazio head into this game on the back of a 2-0 victory over Parma they have lost their last three away games, Catania have taken four points from their last two games as they battle against relegation.
