Inter Milan coach Leonardo has called for focus ahead of tonight’s Serie A trip to Brescia.
The Nerazzurri have a huge Champions League showdown with Bayern Munich next week, where they will attempt to overturn a one-goal deficit against the team they beat in the 2010 final.
But first up is a domestic clash with second-from-bottom Brescia, and Leonardo knows a victory would see his side move within two points of current table-toppers AC Milan.
The Brazilian said: “We are just focusing on Friday's match. My players are really motivated for the game against Brescia and this is a good sign.
“For us it is fundamental to win but it is not going to be easy because Brescia are a difficult team to decipher.
“They don't give too many things away and they can play with a three-man defence and then switch to four.
“Brescia have been consistent at home while they have made life difficult for Udinese, Roma and Napoli on the road.”
While Inter Milan head into this game on a four-game unbeaten run domestically, with their latest outing ending in a 5-2 rout of Genoa, hosts Brescia held Napoli to a goalless draw last time out.
