Bolton Wanderers v West Ham preview

Football News Staff - 8 Apr 2011

Bolton Wanderers welcome back defender Zat Knight for Saturday’s visit of West Ham to the Reebok Stadium. (kick-off 15.00 GMT)

Knight has been sidelined for seven months with a knee ligament injury, but the centre-back is expected to at least be in consideration for the clash with the Hammers.

Mark Davies has overcome an ankle problem in time for this match, and Wanderers’ squad is boosted further by the return of Ricardo Gardner following his loan spell at Preston North End.

But definitely absent are Sam Ricketts (Achilles) and Stuart Holden (knee) due to their respective injuries.

Meanwhile, West Ham manager Avram Grant has the luxury of an almost fully-fit squad to choose from with only Junior Stanislas (hernia) and Peter Kurucz (knee) out injured.

Midfielder Jack Collison returned to training following a knee injury this week, but it is unlikely that Grant will risk him in this one.
