Universidad Catolica would confirm their place in the next round of the Copa Libertadores with a win over Velez Sarsfield tonight.
Universidad are currently second in Group Four, two points behind Caracas, but they have played a game less than the leaders.
Therefore a win in this one, their game-in-hand, would see them go a point clear at the top with a game to play but, more importantly, they would open up an unassailable four-point advantage over their visitors who are third heading into this match.
While Universidad Catolica will be looking to build on their 2-0 win at Caracas in their most recent Copa Libertadores match, Velez Sarsfield will be looking to move into the top two by recording a second successive win after beating Union Espinola, 2-1, last time out.
