Emelec can go joint top of Copa Libertadores Group Six with a victory over Jorge Wilstermann this evening.

However, second place would be enough to get them through but, even if they win this one, they are likely to still need a result against leaders Internacional in their final group game to ensure their progress.
While Emelec’s most recent outing in this competition ended in a 1-0 win over Jaguares, bottom side Jorge Wilstermann have lost all four of their games so far.
