Deportes Tolima need to beat Estudiantes if they are to have any hope of qualifying for the knockout stage of the Copa Libertadores.
The Colombian side have claimed just four points from four games, scoring only twice, and will exit the competition if they do not beat their Argentinian visitors this evening.
Estudiantes, meanwhile, have been in fine form in this tournament, winning three of their four matches so far to sit second in Group Seven, and claimed a 1-0 victory over Deportes Tolima when the two teams met in La Plata earlier in the campaign.
