Fulham defender Chris Baird has put pen-to-paper on a new three-year deal with the club.
The versatile Northern Ireland international has become a key player for the Cottagers since making the move from Southampton in 2007.
And Baird was delighted to agree a new deal that will keep him at Craven Cottage until 2013.
He told the club’s official website: “I’m chuffed to bits and really happy.
“I really enjoyed myself under Roy Hodgson and the new manager, Mark Hughes, seems to like me.
“I like what he’s doing now and how things have started with the team, so I’m really happy to sign a new contract.”
