Everton midfielder Steven Pienaar has refused to be drawn on where his future lies.
The South Africa international’s contract expires at the end of the current campaign and Toffees manager David Moyes has said previously that he is resigned to losing the 28-year-old for nothing in the summer.
Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp is a known admirer of Pienaar and the White Hart Lane outfit are one of the clubs that have been linked with a move for the player, either during the January transfer window or next summer.
But when quizzed about the possibility of a move to Spurs, he told Sky Sports News: “I was also told this by one of my team-mates, so I don’t know what is going on.
“The media in England is quite big and everyone can say what they want. I am just happy at Everton and I want to focus on my game.”
