Everton manager David Moyes and assistant Steve Round have admitted to charges of improper conduct.
The pair were charged by the Football Association after charging on to the field to confront referee Martin Atkinson following the 3-3 draw with Manchester United at the weekend.
The Toffees struck twice in added time to snatch a point and could have taken all three, but Atkinson blew his whistle with Phil Jagielka bearing down on goal.
Moyes was furious that his side’s break from a United corner had been cut short and made his feelings known to the official.
Both he and Round have now plead guilty to the charges and an FA statement read: “Moyes has accepted the £8,000 fine which is the standard sanction offered for this charge under the FA’s new fast-track disciplinary procedures.
“Round has submitted a plea in mitigation with relation to the standard sanction. This will be heard by a Regulatory Commission on Monday, September 20.”
