Manchester City and Liverpool’s conquerors, SC Braga and Dynamo Kiev, will meet in the quarter-finals of the Europa League.
Having won the first leg of their tie 1-0, Braga were able to hold Liverpool to a goalless draw in the second leg at Anfield, while Manchester City’s 1-0 win over Dynamo Kiev could not stop them bowing out, losing 2-1 on aggregate.
The winner of the Braga-Dynamo Kiev tie will face either Benfica or PSV Eindhoven, with the latter having beaten Scottish champions Rangers to progress.
And in the other quarter-final ties, to be played on April 7 and April 14, FC Porto meet Spartak Moscow and Villarreal take on FC Twente.
