Fabio Borini can help fire Swansea City into the Premier League, according to new team-mate Scott Sinclair.
Borini has joined the Championship side on loan until the end of the season and is reunited with former Chelsea team-mate Scott Sinclair, who made the permanent move to Wales last summer.
And Sinclair believes the Italian’s arrival could be a key moment in their promotion push.
Speaking in the matchday programme for the game against fellow promotion-chasers Nottingham Forest, Sinclair said: “I've only played a few times with him, but I know he is a very good player.
“If I had to describe him, then it's a goalscorer. He gets in the right areas and he's proved in the past that he can score goals.
“He is in the same situation as I was at Chelsea where he needs to play regular football.
“Playing Championship football is different to Reserve team football and he will only gain from the experience - as I did.
“I'm sure he will enjoy it here and as far as I'm concerned he couldn't have joined a better club.”
