Sergio Torres netted a last-gasp winner as non-league Crawley Town sent Championship side Derby County crashing out of the FA Cup, 2-1, in the third round.
The Rams should have gone ahead on 10 minutes when Chris Porter went down under a challenge from Michel Kuipers, but Kris Commons fired his spot-kick straight at the Crawley goalkeeper.
And on the half-hour mark the hosts took a surprise lead, Craig McAllister racing onto a long ball forward to fire past Stephen Bywater.
Ben Pringle then prevented McAllister doubling the hosts’ advantage with a timely block, while Bywater was called into action by Matt Tubbs and Scott Neilson, with the latter also hitting the crossbar.
Their inability to add a second looked to have cost them their chance of an upset when Derby defender Miles Addison met a Commons free-kick and headed home the equaliser.
But in added time, Torres gathered a Dean Howell pass and slotted home to win it, and later dedicated his goal to former Lincoln City team-mate Richard Butcher who has died at the age of just 29.
