Birmingham City defender Roger Johnson has already turned his attention to the Premier League after helping the team win the Carling Cup.
Blues stunned Arsenal by winning the Carling Cup final on Sunday, a defensive blunder by Wojciech Szczesny and Laurent Koscielny allowing Obafemi Martins to tap in the winner late on.
But Johnson, one of their heroes on the day, is already looking ahead to next weekend’s showdown with West Brom as they look to ensure their top-flight status for another season.
The 27-year-old told Sky Sports News: “I think we are three wins away from staying up. We have got 12 games to go and I fancy ourselves to win three out of them and a few more.
“(We) concentrate on the league now. What a season - win the cup and stay up.”
Team-mate Liam Ridgewell added: “The main thing now is the league.
“We have got to get that into shape and make sure we are safe. We have got a big game coming up on Saturday.”
