Arsenal forward Nicklas Bendtner is determined to remain at the club and fight for his place.
The 22-year-old has struggled to land a regular starting role since his return from injury earlier this season, and has subsequently been linked with a move to German giants Bayern Munich.
But Bendtner, who scored while enjoying a rare start at Wigan Athletic on Wednesday night, insists he is happy to stay at the Emirates Stadium and fight his way into boss Arsene Wenger’s plans.
The Denmark international said: “I won’t be loaned out. That’s not going to happen.
“I’ve got the patience to wait until I get the chance.
“When I get it I’ll grab it and conquer the starting place that I definitely feel should be mine.
“It’s nice to hear when a big club is interested but I’ll stay and fight for my chance.”
